'TPL Communications' Business Band Linear Amplifiers

TPL has been manufacturing mobile and base RF amplifiers since the company was founded in 1971. Over the years, this line has been greatly expanded and improved to a point where TPL believes they produce the finest amplifiers of this type in the industry.
Our belief is so strong, that we offer a 5 year warranty on every mobile amplifier produced.
TPL offers mobile amplifiers in standard power outputs from as low as 10 watts to as high as 250 watts. Standard inputs range from as low as 1 watt, to a high of 70 watts. Special units can be ordered in practically any configuration.
Standard voltage for these units is 13.8 VDC, however, other voltages such as 28 VDC are available on special order.
Duty cycles are typically 25-50%, however, special configurations have been produced to provide customers with mobile amplifiers that have duty cycles up to 100%.

The owner of SLC Distributing has owned the same two Amplifiers , One VHF and one UHF for NINE YEARS without a hint of trouble. These units were in a 1993 Chevy one ton used in the logging business and were taken on rough one lane logging roads for over 258,000 miles with absolutely no breakdowns. They were at times run into a bad SWR without damage when antennas were broken and unnoticed for a while. I don't hesitate to recommend these to anyone for any application.
